Our Reason For Serving
Rise Cafe is a family-owned restaurant built on faith, family, and fun—and a deep belief that food tastes better when it’s made with purpose.
Owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Titus and Christina Bartolotta, Rise Cafe is led by true professionals who take hospitality seriously. Both are degree-holding, and together they bring a blend of business leadership and culinary excellence to everything we do. Our kitchen is guided by certified chef leadership, and our commitment is simple: serve fresh, high-quality food with warmth, consistency, and love.
But Rise Cafe is more than a restaurant—it’s our family’s story. You’ll often see our kids, Josiah and Noah, around the cafe, learning what it means to work hard, serve others, and treat people well. We’re raising our family in the same values we built Rise on: integrity, kindness, and community.
Our name, Rise, reflects our Christian faith and the hope we want people to feel the moment they walk through our doors. Every week, we partner with local churches and charities to help provide meals and support for the homeless and food-insecure in our community. Serving people isn’t something we do occasionally—it’s part of who we are.

Our Owners
Christina & Titus Bartolotta
Owners Christina and Titus Bartolotta have called Lake Norman home for over a decade. The founders of “The Lotta Foundation” which was a local charity supporting at risk families in need of a hand up and the proud parents of Josiah and Noah, these two individuals are committed to their faith, family, and community. Both Christina and Titus studied Culinary Arts in collage and have worked as chefs in the food industry for many years. With a passion for customer service, and business, the Bartolotta’d found their passion and interest draw them into many marketplace segments over the years and with that success and achievement followed, however the opportunity to share their faith, to watch their family grow, and to see the Lake Norman community thrive is something that has and continues to bring enormous joy and satisfaction to the family.

Our mission is to craft delicious food, extend excellent service, and help lift up our community for all residents. Each week, each location works with local non-profits to feed 100+ individuals struggling with food insecurity. Your support helps us love this community in such a special way.
